Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. The more you buy, the cheaper the shipping per item becomes! Our system automatically calculates shipping charges at checkout so you always know the cost upfront. The most you will pay for shipping is £15. For order over a certain weight, shipping becomes free!

Delivery times depend on the type of product you order:
Unstitched fabrics: Typically delivered within 10–15 business days.
Custom-stitched outfits: Typically delivered within 21 days or more, depending on the complexity of the design and the accuracy of the measurements provided. Any issues with measurements may extend delivery time.
Your security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL encryption, which ensures that all your personal and payment information is transmitted safely. We never store sensitive payment details on our servers. Transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and international credit/debit card processors.
In addition, we adhere to strict data privacy policies: your personal information is only used to process your orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.

Once we receive your order, we coordinate with our trusted partners in Punjab, India. They carefully package your selected fabric or outfit.
If you ordered unstitched fabric, it is sent directly to us in the UK.
If you ordered a custom-stitched outfit, it is first sent to our tailor in India to be stitched according to the measurements and specifications you provided.
Once your order arrives in the UK, our team inspects it to ensure the product meets our quality standards. After this final check, we dispatch your order directly to your address, so you receive it in perfect condition.
Yes! When you place an order through our online shop, WooCommerce automatically generates an invoice for you. You will receive this invoice via email immediately after your order is successfully placed.
The invoice includes:
Your order number and date
List of items purchased, including fabrics or custom-stitched outfits
Quantities, sizes, and prices
Shipping charges (if applicable)
Total amount paid
You can also access and download your invoice anytime from your account on our website under “Orders.” This ensures you have a record of your purchase for your personal records or for any customs requirements when ordering internationally.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our policy varies depending on the type of product:
Unstitched fabrics and ready-to-ship outfits: You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Custom-stitched outfits: As these are made to your specific measurements, they are non-returnable. However, if there is a stitching error that is significantly off from the measurements you provided, we offer a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support with photos and details of the issue, and we will review your case promptly.
